I see where someone was told to go to verizon.net and sign in and then click on broadband something.  Well guess what, there is no verizon.net, it becomes verizon22 ??? but that really isn't the issue ... there is no broadband whatever on the page.  SO where doers one go to reinstall a product that is and has been paid for?  I tried live chat and that was a total waste because he told me to do what the troubleshooting did.  That doesn't work because there is a dead link there.

Please help

The www22. you see has no bearing as to where the link is supposed to be. That could be due to the fact that you're being served up by "Webserver 22," for example. What you want to look for is at the myverizon.com site is the link titled "My Services." I believe that should contain the link to download the Security Suite. If it doesn't, check the My Account section of the Website, maybe under the "My Perks" section.
