Id.me verification not working

I have Fios and recently learned Verizon offers a military discount for veterans. I have used Id.me through other merchants with no issue. When I check eligibility, I keep getting a message that Verizon is “unable to verify” my service. I talked to a rep here who wasn’t unable to help. I re-verified myself through I’d.me, but it still is applying here to my Verizon account. Can someone help me?
