frustration trying to get my military discount on an existing FIOS account

I have talked with at least 3 Customer service representatives and, all have been nice but can't understand why when I try to get my military discount online after ID.Me verifies me, I get a blank screen when ID.Me sends me back to the verizon page after verifying. I can't tell you how much time I have spent on the phone with reps and I am ready to drop my 1 gig service and move on to another internet provider. Can a Verizon rep please help.
