I already have Fios internet and phone service. I recently decided to add TV. I live in an older home, so there are no coax wall plugs—cable is just strung along baseboards to wherever it is needed then screwed into the relevant device. I have connected my STB to the TV and the coax, but I’m not sure where to connect it’s other end. The modem/router and OMB are installed together. I’ve tried screwing the cable into both the router and the OMB but neither is correct. My TV is not getting a signal. Help!
I’ve also tried screwing cable into the socket on Gateway router
Verizon told me to screw cable into the bottom socket here, which isn’t working
Cable is currently screwed into bottom socket, which is what one Verizon employee told me to do
