Why doesn't fios in Philadelphia have bounce tv?

Bounce TV is a local sub-carrier.
That means one of your local channels has to carry it first.

Do one of your local channels carry it?

In Philly it's WUVP sub channel 65.4 and for some reason Verizon does not carry the channel.

Bounce tv in the DC area is on channel 459.
