Am having a problem with set top box shutting down after 30min. VERY annoying. May not be a Verizon customer for long. Will have to return to Altice for reliable TV service as well as better picture quality.

What exactly happens? Does the box power off and reboot back to the screensaver? Does it say its reloading programming? You need to be more specific.
