I was able to watch Cable TV through Windows Media Center (windows 8.1 OS) until recently. My Silicon Dust reports back now that no tuners are available. Could this be a CableCard problem?
Could be. Is there a diagnostic menu you can look at to see the signal levels? It could also be the tuners.
