Even though the setup page says it is working on my TV screen, it isn't. How do I get incoming calls to show up on my tv screen?
The caller I'd test function shows up properly on your TV but incoming calls do not?

Yes, it shows up on my phone but it's supposed to show up on the tv screen so I don't have to get my phone. Verizon needs to answer this question. Hello Verizon, are you out there?
