Can't Use DVR

When I press the DVR button on my remote, I get a message to "Upgrade to DVR Service" where my recordings should be.
Tried resetting the DVR/STB, no help. Can't access my recordings through the FiOS TV app either. I get an error (Error Code 9-6-15-100-999).

I ended up unplugging the box, plugging it back in and now it recognizes my DVR service again.

You need to contact fios tech support and tell them to re-activate your DVR service. You could try: https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect and see if they can help.
