Why can't I order ppv with my remote. It opens the on demand ,I see new releases,I can move the left and right but when I want to open to preview or even order nothing happens.
When I hit on demand, it defaults to featured.
I hit the down arrow to the first movie.
I hit ok and I get a menu.
that doesn't work for you?
if not, the try doing a power reset of both router and stb.
