I am located on the East Coast. Pennsylvania.
Have FiOS cable.
For the past few months (cannot say exactly when it happened) I cannot update (add/remove) the Favorites.
When trying to change/update "My Favorites" on FiOS (Guide, Settings, System, Favorite Channels, Favorite Channel Lists) FiOS gives me the following message:
Your Favorite channel lists can be found in the Guide. Press GUIDE on your remote control. Then, navigate to the channel column and press OK on any channel you'd like to add. Your Favorites will be indicated with a heart. Press GUIDE again to filter by your Favorite channels
However, when I go to "Guide", there is no channel column.
How can I change/update the favorites channels?

How can I change/update the favorites channels?
Are you pressing the GUIDE button on the remote, or going to the Guide setting? You should be pressing the GUIDE button on the remote, then select your favorite channels from the program guide. If the guide doesn't show up, you may be having an issue with the coax in the house. Guide info is carried on the MoCa network, which is over the coax cable feeding the router and the boxes. Try power cycling the router, un- plug power for 3 minutes, plug it back in, and see if the guide info returns.

I was using Guide in settings rather than the remote.
