The 4k channel has not been switching to 4k resolution. It worked fine for the college football season, but the few NFL playoffs games did not work. This looks like a Fios issue. I hope to get it working for the superbowl. Anyone see this?

I do not believe any of the NFL games were broadcast in 4K except for some of the playoff games which were upscaled HD. The Super Bowl is supposed to be broadcast by Fox in upscaled 4K HDR, but you have to use the Fox app on a stick or other device, or have a Fox Sports subscription to watch it. Again there is a lot of confusion about whether or not it will be . The broadcasters do not want to put the money into 4K as they already have a more than healthy viewership. The only network that did anything to improve the picture was Fox on Thursdays when they broadcast the NFL in HDR, not 4K though. The following year they tried to do 4K HDR, but had a lot of issues, some from the fact they simply upscaled HD to 4K HDR. That stopped when Amazon took over and went back to HD.
