Why does the channel button on the remote ignore or can it be tied to the same functionality as the Guide? The Guide filters FAV1 and SUBSCRIBED channels. We need the remote button to do the same and not go back and hit ALL the channels possible. This is less than we had at Optimum and a waste of time over time.
