Channel randomly changes

Have series recordings set on NBC channel 510 or 10, but it will randomly change to channel 22, which is a nonworking channel in the Boston area. Have called customer service about the issue several times. Have rebooted the box, Verizon has rebooted the box from their end, we have deleted the series recordings and redid them. It is still happening. No one seems to be able to help. Need assistance.
