Channels frequently unavailable

I am becoming very frustrated with my Fios TV service, and the fact that I frequently have channels that say they are "unavailable". In particular, it happens very frequently on my one TV in my master bedroom, and tends to be the same channels most of the time. 576 and 580 which happen to be Comcast-owned sports channels are "unavaiailable" most often - does not seem like a coincidence? Food Network HD is another one that is frequently unavailable. But all the other channels work fine. It had previously been happening just on the one TV, but now today I have a channel unavailable on a different TV in my family room as well. I have gone through the full Troubleshooter many, many times on this issue, and have even gotten to the point I believe twice where I was sent a new set-top box. But the same problem continues to occur, only on those same select few channels. If this cannot be resolved I will not renew my Fios service at the end of this contract.

Your main FiOS ONT probably needs replacing. That is the one outside or in your basement. Sometimes the video port goes bad and you will lose channels. I would schedule a tech visit.

Check coax connections.
Start at ont and check every connection through each and every splitter to every box.
