Continual problems with VOD plus SICK OF HAVING CUSTOMER SERVICE OUTSOURCED TO INDIA!

Why are we required to live up to our end of the agreement and pay our bills but Verizon is not required to live up to their end by providing decent service? Seems my VOD goes out numerous times but with no refund in my bill.  Seems VOD is out AGAIN in the area only AFTER a "customer service agent" in INDIA kept me doing trial fixes for an HOUR rather than checking to see if there was an outage.  Evidently they are not notified.

It's time to start boycotting companies that outsource in the name of higher profits.  As a customer, it makes me sick to get canned responses that are read from a script from someone in another country!

Am going to check DirectTV and Brighthouse to see if they outsource.  I am going to go with whoever does NOT outsource to other countries. Actually, with the new LED and LCD flat screens, you can get excellent reception with a simple SMALL antennae outside!
