Is a time limit for switching Custom TV from say Sports & News to Action & Enterainment if a person wanted to watch one channel/show since History Channel may not be in the Sports & News group of channels that have been signed up for? Also are any costs within the same package (Custom TV) for switching even when marked $0.00 vs. upgrade?
