DVR cleared out

So it looks like there was an update to the Fios software (menus and fonts look slightly different). Did this update cause everyone to lose there recorded and scheduled recordings for DVR. All of mine are gone

Have you tried rebooting DVR?

Or under menu customer support top support tools fix FiOS TV issues
