When the guys came to my place to get me to switch to Verizon I was told that I absolutely could change my bill due date, all I needed to do was call Verizon, nooo problem! Ok. I made the decision to switch from my other cable service ,which gave me NO PROBLEMS , and I have called VF several times to switch my bill date, and all I get is NO, we cannot do THAT! I am baffled, I've never had this problem before, please tell me why it is so very difficult for VF to make a change in my bill due date??? And why did the guys that sold me on VF told me it was no problem to to so.😐?

It’s because they were selling you a service.
This is what sales people do, they make their money on commissions and add on services.
I see posts from back in 2013, 2014 & 2015 but for wireless services. It says you must call billing to change your bill cycle date. Now you may or will get 2 invoices in that month according to what I am reading. Partial use and pay in advance.
