Episode 4, Season 7 of Game of Thrones Disappeared from On Demand

So, yesterday, I was watching Episode 4 of season 7 of GOT and I had to pause it.   Normally, no problem, fios is smart enough to remember where I was, even after a couple of days and let me resume watching where I left off.  However, this morning, it appears that episode 4 has just disappeared.  Literally, the episode list goes 1,2,3,5,6,7.  No episode 4!!   Can someone explain/confirm this?
