Error code 9-6-13-202-999

The Fios apps are not helpful. I keep getting the error code 9-6-13-202-999 on my android (Samsung Galaxy 7) when I try to access my DVR to record a show when I am not home. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Rebooted the phone. When I select "Need More Help?" I re-sign in and get the same error page. Getting through to a human? Impossible. Help!

Have you rebooted router and DVR?
I was having a similar issue (not the same error code but still comms issue).
Rebooted both and connected via home wifi.
Has been good since.

Similar problem on Samsung SM-T520. App throws the code and won't do anything else. Funny, my mom can access her Xfinity system from 3 miles away on the same device and I can't access my Fios system from across the room! Good job, Verizon!

SOLVED:
I recently changed devices and after reinstalling the FiOS TV app from google play, I got this error code when I tried to log in.
I uninstalled the app and downloaded the app fresh from google play.
I am not able to log in and view TV programming.

Do you mean "you are NOW able to log in"?
