This app is horrible. Stops working after a couple of weeks. I called tech support and did everything requested: rebooted set-top box, ran the diagnostics and the mobile app worked.....for about 2 weeks, then it stops working with message "unable to connect with set-top box". Tired of doing the reboot and diagnostics stuff. Never know when app will stop working.
