FIOS TV App on andriod stopped working connection error 9-6-15-653-007

FIOS Tv app on android has stopped connecting with error message 9-6-15-653-007.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  No luck.  App is version 4.4.   What does this error code mean, and what is the solution?

I just downloaded the app, signed in and started to watch an episode of Bob's Burgers. No problems encountered. 😊

Before you uninstall the app, make sure you clear the program data and the cache in the android app settings, then re-download and re-install the app.
