I've been using the FiOS Mobile app for Android for months with no issue on my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2
Just a few days ago, I started to get a sign in error S2-99 Invalid User ID and/or Password
I can still login to my FiOS account on verizon.net and my email account so I know that's not the issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I've searched and can't find any info.

I just started getting the same error logging in on my Motorola Droid Turbo. I uninstalled and reinstalled and I can still log into the My FiOS app and online at the website. Very frustrating. Can't watch anything on the go.

I am also getting this error message... I tried the app on two different devices and received the same message... Has Verizon acknowledged the issue?

same thing here fios mobile says incoorect password error code s2-99. pw is correct. tech on phone for 1/2 hour then tells me that they are working on android issues

fios mobile does work on my ipad so maybe the android issue is correct

Good luck with that. I've been having this issue for one solid year now..... also same problem on Dell tablet. Verizon has NEVER been able to fix it yet.

I have the same issue starting on June 11, error code 02-99 on every device, phone, tablet and PC Can't find any help anywhere from Verizon.

Having the same problem here. I've re-installed the app, changed my password, then changed it again removing any characters but still haveing the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a new Samsung S7 which was activated 6/4/16. The FIOS Mobile app worked for several days and suddenly asked for a User ID and Password. When entered correctly (ID and PW works on MyVerizon - I'm logged-in right here, now . . .) I get either S2-99 or S2-1022 error messages. I also got redirected to change my PW, which I did 3 times. Rebooted my device and re-installed the App. Also the FIOS Mobile app stopped working on my Galaxy Tab3 Tablet about the same time. Called both VZ Wireless tech support then VZ FIOS tech support. After two hours of fiddling, rebooting, changing passwords, rechecking settings and more fiddling - No solution. FIOS Tech support stated, "This seems to be a system problem. We'll get back to you". Hopefully, a guru here on this forum will discover the glitch in Verizon's system.

I am getting same error on phone with tech 45 minutes not resoultion.
This app does work on my sons ipod not my samsung 7 or my LG3 tablet

It's busted. Doesn't work on any of my devices... all android. Same error code as everyone else. Phone support was clueless.

So I'm having trouble logging into my Fios app on my phone. It keeps on saying this. I looked on the facebook app and more people are having the same issue. I got an email from Fios after I hit the need help link and it said
"Please log in to http://verizon.com/myverizon and navigate to 'Manage My Service' and verify you have Fios TV Service.
If you don't see the Fios TV service listed, you may be using the wrong ID or there may be an issue with your account which can be resolved or clarified by calling 800-VERIZON.
If you see the Fios TV service listed, please try logging in with the primary account. If you are unsure whether you are using a primary or a sub-account login name, a good test would be to go to Verizon.com/myverizon and then select 'Manage Sub-Accounts' which is located under the 'Accounts and Services' area of My Verizon. If you only see the options 'Change My Password' or 'Change My Profile', you are not using the primary account.
To verify you are not using an account alias or account nickname, please navigate to My Verizon and 'Change My Profile' which is located under the 'Accounts and Services' area. Then click Manage to see your primary User ID."
I logged in and Fios tv service is listed under my account. I have no sub accounts and I'm using the primary user ID. I changed my password after I got the email and tried logging into the app, but it still says invalid. Even though it works when I log into my Fios and myverizon, plus hbo go. I even cleared the app data and cache, plus uninstalled the app, powered off my phone, turned it back on and wiped the cache partition, then reinstalled the app and still no dice. So this is for Verizon to fix.
I'm using a galaxy s7 edge and running the latest android.

Getting the exact same error. So annoying. Wonder how long it will take to get it fixed..... ugh!
