When I use the new FiOS TV One remote with voice control and say "tune to NHL Network" (NHL Net HD, channel 587) it tunes to MLB/NHL Center Ice (channel 1486) instead, to which I am not a subscriber. Not sure if there are other channels with this same issue.
Is there a way to re-train/re-configure the remote? Or is this a backend issue?

Most likely a backend issue. Like anything new there is always a few bugs to work out. I know it sounds basic but I would try rebooting box first. Then try again when it come back up. In the meantime you can also say “tune to 587”
