Fios One Mini Box Losing Connections

I have had my Fios One mini boxes for 4+ years. One larger main box and 3 minis. The main box is connected by coax. The 3 minis have been using wifi. We have had no issues at all until the last few weeks.
The minis keep losing connect, troubleshooting, can't find signal, and freezing. Sometimes, turning it off and on will help. But it just happens again. I have tried rebooting the router and the boxes. It will be okay for a while and then start again.
I have no problems with wifi on any other devices anywhere in the house. I called and representative suggested the coax. I connected the box in my bedroom and it solved the problem. There are no wall connections for a coax in either the basement or my son's room, where two of the boxes are located. These are supposed to be wireless and able to be moved easily to any room in the house.
Any ideas? A new router? New boxes? I'm really frustrated.
Any help is appreciated.

The Arris minis can be connected via coaxial cable, ethernet cable or Wi-Fi. Of the three options, Wi-Fi would be the last choice.
Is there an available ethernet jack available in the bedroom? 🤔
If Wi-Fi is the only option, could an extender be located in the bedroom so the minis receive a stronger signal? 🤔

Thank you for replying
I connected one bedroom by coax. I suppose I could use a splitter for the other bedroom. The basement may have ethernet. I have to look.
I just don't understand how this has worked perfectly for 4+ years. No issues until the last few weeks.

Could be a neighbor's WiFi switch its broadcast frequency and is now interfering with your system. You could try using a WiFi sniffing app on your phone to find the least used frequency for the 5Ghz network, and set your router to that using a manually set frequency instead of auto.

I spoke to Fios representative. She said my router is outdated and they are sending me an upgraded one and that should solve the problem.
Funny the representative I talked to the other day never mentioned that.
We'll see. I'll update after I get and install the new router. Should be in a few days.

Which router were you using?
