Fios One Mini no Compatible with Samsung TV

I have a Fios One Mini that will not connect with either one of my two Samsung TVs. The TV analytics says it detects no device no matter which HTML port I connect the Mini to. These Samsung TVs both recognize the main Fios One box but not the Mini box. The Mini box is not broken since it can be recognized on another brand of TV. Is there a known compatibility problem between Samsung TVs and Fios One Mini boxes? (I have already upgraded the software for the TVs and the Mini box to know avail.) If so, is there a fix or easy workaround to this problem?

OK, connect the Mini to another TV.  Go here and change the resolution to 1080i :

Main Menu > Settings > Audio & Video > Video Settings>Video Format.

Reboot the box and make sure the setting stuck. Re-connect the mini to the Samsung and see if it now works. If it does, there is a problem with the HDMI setting on the Samsung TV, or a possible firmware update for the TV that hasn't been processed.

There is no reason for the mini to NOT work with a Samsung TV. First make sure you are using certified High-speed HDMI cables. Second make sure your Samsung TV has Full color enabled on the HDMI port you are connecting the mini to. I'd try powering up the mini before making any connection to the TV,  power up the TV, then connect the HDMI cable between them. The mini will check to see if the TV is 4K capable and adjust its output to match.  IF that doesn't work try doing a reset on the mini by hooking it up to another TV, Then go to : Main Menu > Settings > System>Reset Settings.
