Fios One boxes all freeze when using DVR Rewind

Here is my setup -- three TV STBs (one Fios One DVR, two Fios One Minis), connected via RG-6 coax.  I've been dealing with all three boxes freezing up on live TV for a short time, followed by a reboot.  On the advice of the Chat service, I reconnected all my coax cables to the splitter.  I thought the problem was solved since it was a week without a freeze/reboot.  I did not get any messages from the system giving me a definitive answer to why there were reboots.

Now, I've found a reproducible issue -- one member of my household will watch DVR shows and backup the shows at times.  It seems that backing up process creates some type of error point which will freeze the systems when replayed.   For example, if "Show XYZ" was rewound/played back at the 10 minute point, the system will freeze the next time the 10 minute point is reached during the playback.

Is this a problem others have seen?  I have a hard time understanding how this could possibly be a house wiring issue, this has all the indications of a software issue (or maybe STB hardware).
