TV One Mini Remote operates volume, channels, etc. but won't turn off TV and set top together. When I turn off via Fios remote the TV shows the Fios screen saver page, with time and program ads. The power light on the mini remains lit. I need to turn off TV by TV remote. TV turns on with Fios remote. TV is an Insignia. The CEC equivalent on the TV is turn don and it recognizes the Mini set top box.

You need to go through setup again. Be sure your TV is recognized since the codes to turn it on and off depend on recognizing the TV.

The power light on the mini stays on always. You can choose dim, but not off.
