Fios Test Drive Results not showing

I am being notified that my Test Drive results are available for viewing. But the page does not load. It sits with a spinning circle. If I refresh the page, the page loads but shows no results. It actually says "We hope you're having fun discovering new favorites. Just keep watching. We'll have your recommendation soon." Which is weird if there are no results but they are asking me to review the results and make a selection.

Channels are not available currently.

How can this be resolved as i need to provide a choice by the 20th.
