Glitchy On Demand playback

I noticed I sometimes get problems when playing a program on demand. If I go back and replay the part that has the problem it might not appear in the exact same spot. I haven't really used on demand much so I don't know if this is a common problem. I just wanna know if anyone else has had this.

I've only tried 1 box, and no I don't have any Internet issues.
