Hello,
Suddenly can’t get info on shows from either the guide or when recorded on the DVR. The OK button on my remote used to take directly to program info screen. What has changed? Also no longer see program art work on recorded DVR screen

No guide is typically a router issue or maybe an issue with the wiring to the router. Does your router have a coax lan light?
