PLEASE FIX

Ahoy, folks. I'm hoping someone can provide some inights into why I am now unable to watch next-day Fox content by linking my Verizon account to Hulu. This has worked in the past, and I noticed the errors (see images below) this week.
The error message once I try to link my Verizon account to my Hulu account:
My current subscription info:
Any help would be greatly appreciated. As you can see, I have the Prime package but am still unable to connect the two accounts.

I access Fox streaming video through the MyVerizon page (MyTV online). It's working for me. So I'm not getting more content available on Hulu+? How do you link to Hulu+? EDIT: I followed your link and watched the video to find out. I had to great a Hulu account (not Hulu+) and from there I could find my way to the locked episodes. When I tried to login, it said I had to be subscribed to the Verizon Prime package -- I have Extreme. Isn't this included in Extreme? It's a higher package than Prime?
BTW there are some other posts on Verizon forums about this.

You have to reach out to Hulu Support for an issue like this.
Verizon doesn't have any hulu support unfortunately
FYI, I have had nothing but good experience with their technicians.
FOX has chosen to limit access to catch-up episodes of current shows to viewers that have subscribed to a participating pay-TV service. Paying subscribers will be able to watch these episodes the day after they air online; otherwise, episodes will usually be available on Hulu.com 8 days after they air on TV. Currently, only DISH, Verizon, Mediacom, Blue Ridge Communications and Cable One subscribers are eligible to see FOX shows day-after-air for free on FOX.com and hulu.com. (More information about FOX's decision can be found on their website: (www.fox.com/watchnewepisodes).

Much obliged to you both. I wish the images would have shown like they did in the post preview...
@PJL - If you go to Hulu and click your account info, you can link to Verizon there. It opens a small Verizon window asking for your Verizon log in credentials. It has nothing to do with Hulu (or Hulu+), believe it or not, if you go by the info in the windows themselves. The problem is Verizon is saying I need to subrscribe to a package for which I'm already signed up. I see other posts about Hulu, but my issue has more to do wit a botched link between Verizon's SSL and Hulu. Much like how you sign in to HBO Go and other mobile apps (e.g., FiOS mobile for iPad and Android) with your Verizon account. I do not see any posts on the forums about this.
@Hubrisnxs - Thanks, but the log in info (that the pictures would have shown) has nothing to do with Hulu and everything to do with Verizon's secure log in page. I was directed here by them.
Thanks again.

are you able to access any of the FiOS go stuff online like HBO and Showtime and cinemax?
maybe it's a universal problem with your log in to all of the go services?

SpamBarrage, with more experimentation I was able to get to the point where i got the this prompt:
So it looks like I'm getting authenticated correctly, just that I don't have access because I don't have Prime -- I have Extreme -- which makes no sense at all to me since Extreme is a "higher" package than Extreme.
So I would agree this is likely a Verizon issue, not Hulu. But who knows for sure.

I am indeed. All my other devices (iPad, Android phone) work fine with my various appz. The only issue here is the authentication with Hulu. 😞

Do you have the Prime package or some other?

This is a previous related thread: See this thread.
To the OP, if you could please post any resolution of this problem from your private case log, it would be helpful to the rest of us with the issue.
EDIT: Is there a way we can confirm precisely which Verizon subscription packages include the ablity to watch the latest Fox episodes of TV shows? Given the feedback in the thread referenced above right not it looks like only Prime, but this makes no sense.

I'm just replying to this topic to say I'm also having the same exact problem.
It worked fine about a month ago and just stopped!
I just changed plans down from extreme to Prime yesterday (for cost reasons, not over this hulu issue) and resetting my plan didn't happen to fix it either.
Does anyone have a fix? I can still access HBOGO/Showtimeanytime for example, so my account authenticates.

@Hubrisnxs wrote:go to www.verizon.com/fiostvonline and try to access any of the content there, make sure you can log in and play the movies.
if you can't then you need to activate your account properly with your order number at http://activate.verizon.net
if you can access those online providers, then it might be that Verizon isn't ready yet, I haven't seen any official announcement yet. Do you have any links?
Please reread the prior posts, especially the ones that discuss the popup that says you must be subscribed to the Prime package. The question is why only Prime and not the other packages, not activation of the account or how you try to access Fox via Hulu.

This seems to be fixed now.
I was just able to get in to locked FOX content on Hulu with my Verizon FiOS account when it wasn't working for me earlier today - please give it a try.
I'm watching Hell's Kitchen, 20 Chefs compete part 1.

Hi All-
I've been working on this today and I'm told the issue is resolved. Can you all please verify that for me when you get a chance?
Thanks!

Heather, I'm no longer gettting the "Prime Subscription" prompt when I logon using Hulu with my Verizon credentials, so I believe this has been fixed. Note that entering the Fox site through MyVerizon, checkout my TV Online and then going to Fox does not work, at least for me. I get the revolving circle when trying to unlock the most recent episode.
Thank you for checking.

I was having this problem a few weeks ago and just tried to authenticate again. The error message has changed, and now says:
FOX content is not available with your Verizon subscription.
If you have any questions related to your account, contact Verizon Support.
Can Verizon please comment? Has something changed with the Hulu partnership?

After waiting for a chat rep for over an HOUR this morning they knew nothing about this problem....go figure...then I told them to check Verizon's forums....he came back and said yes, they were aware of the problem and it would be fixed in ...you guessed it ..24 to 48 hours. I told him, "funny thing I was told the same thing 2 WEEKS ago" he was at a loss of what to do.
I called verizon...the tech rep didn't have a clue to the problem....after being put on hold 4 times he told me he would call me back....he did..."it will be fixed in 24 to 48 hours". Verizon Fios support simply sucks, and I will most likely be going back to Comcast, Verizon is clueless.

I am still getting an error when trying to authenticate my Verizon account on Hulu.
To watch content from this network, you must have a FiOS TV package that includes this network, such as Prime HD, Extreme HD, or Ultimate HD. Shop for a new FiOS TV package now.
I have Prime HD, so this does not make sense.

I was using HBO Go last night with no issues as I have since Go started. This morning, I'm having the "To watch videos, you will need to subscribe to FiOS TV with HBO." error. I have a 2nd Fios account at my office address, also with HBO subscription, that I've used with Go before and it's giving me a "To watch HBOGO, you must have HBO premium service on your FiOS TV account" error. Is Verizon just having issues with their system?

Same here in VA. Would certainly love it if Verizon could let us know what's going on!
