Court TV has become truTV, it's on channel 183 here in North Texas. This change occurred several months ago.

Correct, the CourtTV channel has been rebranded as TruTV now.

truTV will remain truTV in the New York / New Jersey Market. It's not changing to court tv as far as I can see.
