How to change DVR name

On new Fios One DVR, how to change name highlighted below in yellow:

I think this is another aspect of the same issue:

Have cleared data and cache on the app a few times, but always get this result.

Look here:

Main Menu > Settings > System > Fios TV One Mini Settings > Fios TV One Mini Name

Thanks for your reply.  When I navigate through "Settings" on any of the boxes, they show the names that I gave them when initially set up, e.g. "Living Room", "Office".  The incorrect names show up only on web and in app.
