How to watch recorded shows from a 2nd tv that is on a non-dvr box

I want to watch my recorded shows on a tv that is in another room, and is connected to FiOS through a non-DVR box.

How do I access the recorded shows on the DVR in the other room on a separate TV?

What model DVR and Box do you have?

If you have a legacy DVR (72XX series) you have to add Multi-room DVR and then you can watch recorded shows on other STBs.
With Qunatum, it is inlcuded.
