I have audio and video issues

Yesterday it was fine.  Now:  I can't get out of HDMI2.

I assume your TV won't switch inputs. Try unplugging it for 1 minute, then plug it back in and see if it will switch. Also disable video input control in the fios menu under fios voice remote.
