Since you apparently lack customer support - by phone, email or chat - I have to depend on the community. What kind of business is this?!
I haven't been able to the watch CNN live on my computer for a few days now. I've logged in and out. Nothing. What is the issue?
I pay wayyyy too much for Verizon and the lack of customer support is appalling. Your customer service line is only available until 6 pm? That's a joke! No chat or even an email address for support! Very close to cancelling all of my services with you!
I had the same problem with MSNBC, and CNN less often. However, instead of logging in and out, I hit the refresh key, sometimes as many as 20 times, then it would come up. This works 90% of the time.
I tried logging in and out at first, and it does nothing. Having to use the refresh key is something that I have to do sometimes for 2 - 3 weeks at a time, then it goes back to normal just as suddenly. I doubt Verizon knows the exact cause, but I suspect its the slowness in the network causing it.

Is that the only channel you can't watch online?
Are you doing it via CNN or via the Verizon Watch TV webpage?
I use Adguard to block the massive amount of ads I don't want to see in my browser. I found that when Adguard was enabled CNN Live was blocked. Disabling Adguard protection enabled CNN Live.
If you are by chance using an ad blocker, you might try disabling it to see if it solves the CNN Live problem.
