Is there a way to keep our recorded shows? Our DVR is no longer letting us watch HD programs with a HDMI cable. Can we export them to the cloud? Or is there another way to keep our recorded shows?

No you cannot export the recordings. The HDMI port on the box must be bad. You can connect your DVR to your TV with components. They are the wires that are Green/Blue/Red and White/Red. They will give you an HD picture. This way you can keep the recordings and still get an HD picture.
