Just back from a few weeks out of town, now Live TV and On Demand freeze 30sec in but Netflix over the same mini box works. It not a speed issues and I happens but when connected via WiFi or Coax.
Did they do an update in the last few weeks or is this a random bad box?
Any thoughts appreciated.

Try unplugging the box completely from power for at least 3 minutes. Plug it back in and see what happens.
