Just got Fios Sunday. Have multiroom dvr service but am not able to pause live tv on any of my three tvs. I am pushing the bottom of the play/pause button. The light on the box blinks but the program does not pause.
What model STBs do you have?
You can only pause live TV on Quantum STBs and maybe legacy DVR (have been a couple of years since I had one).
