My wife watched some on demand shows the other day, since then there has been a gray rectangular box on the top right of our tv that says "Loading..." We are since out of on demand and on regular tv, the tv has been turned on and off 20+ times since then and it will not go away. Has anyone ever seen this or know how to fix it? Its extremely annoying. Thank you in advance

Fixed, I unplugged the top box and reconnected it.. i wanted to avoid that and feel like it shouldn't have needed it but oh well

The solution offered that recommends selecting "On Demand " then exiting is simpler and quicker than rebooting the set top box. Thank you MarinaDog

Question for Verizon, why does this continue to happen? Why hasn’t it been corrected?
