Can someone tell me if most MLB games in the Extra Innings package ($200/year) are in HD? I would certainly hope so, but it's not at all clear.
Yes! I just subscribed three days ago. Note that the same game can often be found on two channels, with one channel showing the non-HD feed and the other channel showing the HD feed.
