Yesterday MSNBC was frozen on our main box (w/ hard drive). Today it's OK. But channel 603 is frozen on our two normal boxes today. What could cause that?

Could be a bad or loose coax connection, or a bad splitter, or just a glitch in the programming. I suggest power cycling the entire system. Unplug the Fios boxes, then unplug the router. When the router is back and stable, power up the VMS box first, when stable power up the IPC box. If you still have the issue, it could be any of the other fixes I listed.
