I am having a similar issue to this, while trying to download movies onto a HTC Flyer tablet. It appears to download the movie, but then fails to locate the license and does not complete the operation. Does this for both purchased and rented movies.

Can you please make the solution public or email me the solution. I am having a problem with my ipad and I'm getting the error: Failed to obtain catalog license details? The movie I rented is a two day rental and I rented it today.{edited for privacy}

As I do not see an actual solution described in this topic yet, I guess we must all assume that Verizon is keeping this a secret. I don't understand how that could ever be considered as acceptable customer service. This is almost as ridiculous as VOD being out of service on two Saturday evenings in a row, which just happened to me!

Can't access purchased movies in Flex view on my nexus 7 tablet. DRM license failed. Very frustrating. I'm beginning to wonder why I purchased on Fios...

I am having the same DRM issue as well. All of my downloaded movies that I purchased legitimately and had on my iPad stopped working. I had to spend days to delete and re-download them to get them to work, then a few days later they stopped working again. Should I stop buying movies via FIOS and go back to DVDs and ripping them myself?
