I have HD prime and for some reason Verizon dropped FX chanel, Fox News Chanel, The Discovery and who konows what other channels that i really do not watch they dropped. When I called they wanted me to renew my package for another 2 years. Screw them I am droping fios in a few moths and never look back. I paid for those channels and they could not give me an answer why they dropped.
I think I had enough of cable they can steal other people's money but not mine. I am seriously looking to alternatives like HULU and NETFLIX wih an over the air antena.
You're very misinformed. They did not "drop" these channels. FOX requested that the copy protection flag be implemented on its channels and Verizon had to comply. The channels are still available, they just have "Copy Once" attached to them now. It will not effected 99 percent of the subscriber base.
