My parents, who live in the same neighborhood and have the same channel package that I do (as far as I can tell), have access to the Netflix channel and the Youtube channels on 837 and 838. Is this a different package than mine and if so is there an additional charge to have these channels?
I beleive they are part of every TV package.
You must have Quantum hardware (VMS/IPC) to see them.
And you have to have a Netflix subscription (unless you were offered a year free).
