I have the new Fios One boxes. When I set the resolution to 4K Netflix will not play any content regardless of resolution. If the STB is set to 1080p then Netflix will play everything. Has anyone else had this issue? Does Netflix support 4K through the Fios one STB?
The TV One set-top boxes support 4k. It could be an issue with the box. Are you definitely subscribed to Netflix Premium Plan? That is the only plan that gives the option for 4k.
