I just got my new equipment Fios tv1 . I have dvr service and two mini boxes. When I watch recordings they will freeze at different places in the recording. I also have live tv freeze sometimes. I never had this problem with my old dvr or boxes on other tvs. Do you think I should return the new boxes? Very frustrating I change to new equipment and it freezes up.

First unplug everything including the router. Then power up the router, wait for it to stabilize, power up the main box, then the minis. If it is still freezing, check all the coax connections in the system and check any splitters to make sure they are MoCa 2.0 certified. If not they need to be replaced. If you are still having problems, try this:
Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues.
Do it to all the boxes.
Also run an internet speed test and makes sure you are seeing the correct speed you are paying for.
