Which box did you get? Why would you need color codes when there are no connectors on the 4100 series that would need color coding? None of the newer Fios boxes have component cables any more, and the ones that did have the jacks coded already. The 4100 boxes only output HDMI or composite, and the composite are coded white, red and yellow. The mini uses an adapter to give composite out and it is color coded.

If you are talking about the guide, the colors are gone. You can choose by category by pressing the guide button on the remote 3X.
